Vintage Original Oil Painting on Artist Board "Mom & Foal Horse" Signed, Framed

Description

This is a listing for a wonderful horse with foal painting, oil on canvas laid on board 14" x 18" and 16 1/2" x 20 1/2" with the frame.
The frame made of solid heavy wood and seem a smaller how it is suppose to be for the size of painting.
I take art out the frame to read a signature of artist and found line on board made by frame over the years hanging on the wall on wrong size frame. On left corner signed Betty Goros .
