For a return, just contact us and one of our representatives will assist you with the return process. With our return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Return With A2Z Prime Auto Parts - It's Easy:
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
You will be provided with a pre-paid domestic label to return the purchase to us.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Lifetime Warranty
The stated warranty term applies only to the above parts purchased from A2Z Prime Auto Parts.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts holds no responsibility for labor costs or installation fees. Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts warranties the above-mentioned products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime period from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts will replace any of the above parts should that part be deemed defective by A2Z Prime Auto Parts. This expressed warranty covers only the aforementioned items, their internal parts, seals, O-rings, and gaskets.
ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PARTS ADDED PERIPHERALLY (ie: inner tie rods and boots), and ROAD CONDITIONS are specifically NOT covered by the warranty agreement.
BENT SHAFTS, TIE RODS, and HOUSINGS are specifically NOT covered by warranty.
This warranty covers ONLY the part purchased from A2Z Prime Auto Parts.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part. There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed. Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above-mentioned parts.
The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies. There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser. Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID.
Should any of the above-mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to A2Z Prime Auto Parts with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.
The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.
Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty.
This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is non-transferable under any circumstances.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.
For any A2Z Prime Auto Parts warranty claims requesting cross shipping A2Z Prime Auto Parts ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item. The deposit will be immediately returned to the purchaser upon receipt of the alleged defective part via PayPal.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND A2Z PRIME AUTO PARTS ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE AUTO PART SOLD.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In addition, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
Accordingly, limitations as to these matters contained herein may not apply to you.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts warrants to the original purchaser that each remanufactured or new auto part sold by A2Z Prime Auto Parts shall be free, under normal use, from any defects in material and/or workmanship, subject to the following terms and conditions:
DEFINITIONS:
AUTO PART: As used herein, the term auto part shall mean: a remanufactured or new auto part supplied by A2Z Prime Auto Parts.
Unless otherwise noted on original invoice, the auto part warranty term shall be the duration of the original purchaser's ownership of the vehicle; or in the case of a purchase offering an extended warranty, the duration of the extended warranty contract. The warranty is not transferable.
In the case of a drive axle or rack & pinion auto part, the boot/tie rods are not warranted due to road hazard.
Standards:
Subject to limitations contained herein, A2Z Prime Auto Parts at its option, shall repair or replace the auto part within the warranty term subject to A2Z Prime Auto Parts approval, without charge to the owner/user.
Limitations:
This warranty applies only to the auto part supplied by A2Z Prime Auto Parts. This warranty shall not apply to or include any of the following:
Repair or replacement required because of any accident, misuse, road hazard, tampering or disassembly.
Any A2Z Prime Auto Parts auto part used for competition or related purposes.
Any A2Z Prime Auto Parts auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle.
Any A2Z Prime Auto Parts auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.E.M. specifications have been installed.
Any A2Z Prime Auto Parts auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed.
Any A2Z Prime Auto Parts auto part failing because of failure to replace a different faulty component or failure to flush the power steering system thoroughly before installation.
Warranty shall not apply to ANY repairs and/or replacements not authorized by A2Z Prime Auto Parts.
Limited liability:
A2Z Prime Auto Parts under this warranty is limited liability solely to the repair or replacement of the defective parts.
A2Z Prime Auto Parts shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from A2Z Prime Auto Parts products.
Examples of excluded charges are labor time for alignment, fluids, and rental car reimbursement.
Limited warranty:
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, on the part of A2Z Prime Auto Parts, or the dealer installing the A2Z Prime Auto Parts product. No dealer, nor any agent or employee thereof, is authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty.
